Cancel a subscription plan

1. Log in to Grafieks Customer Portal with your email id.
2. Navigate to Subscription from the menu.
3. Click on the Cancel Subscription button.

Note: As an alternative, account deletion requests must be submitted via email from the registered account administrator’s email address to Grafieks support team.

Delete Account from Grafieks

In the event of a Standard Plan cancellation, the account will transition to the Free Forever Plan. To request full account deletion, please contact Grafieks support team.
