Subscription

Experience Grafieks with a 15-day free trial of our Pro Plan. To continue using Grafieks beyond the trial period, you have two options:

1. Upgrade to a paid Standard Plan to unlock all features, or
2. Switch to the Free Forever Plan, which provides basic functionality.

To get started:

1. Navigate to “Admin Setting” from the menu.
2. Click on “Subscription” tab.

Note: If you’ve signed up for a Grafieks account, you’re automatically designated as the primary administrator for your organization. As the account admin, you’ll have full control over billing operations, such as selecting a plan and customizing add-ons. Please note that only you will have access to the customer portal, ensuring the security of your organization’s account information.

Note:

• A paid plan subscription is required for subscribing to add-on users.
• Add-ons and storage may be purchased during plan subscription or added later.
