How to cancel a subscription plan

1. Log in to your workspace
2. Navigate to Admin settings from the menu.
3. Navigate to Subscription tab. .
4. Click on the Cancel Subscription button.

In the event of a subscription cancellation, the account will transition to the Free Forever Plan. To request full account deletion, please contact Grafieks support team.

How to delete account

Account deletion requests must be submitted via email from the registered account administrator’s email address to support@grafieks.com.
