Group permissions

In Grafieks, permissions can only be set at the group level.

Follow the steps below to assign permissions to the group:

  1. Click on the Menu on the upper left-hand side, just below the Grafieks logo.
  2. Click on Users and Groups.
  3. Click on the Groups menu.
  4. The list of groups will appear on the screen.
  5. Navigate to the group that you want to assign the permissions to and click on Edit
  6. Click on Assign Permission from the list and a screen pops open like below

Group Permission

  1. Click on Workbook or Data Source tab, as per your requirement.
  2. Allow or Deny permission to either workbook or data source.
  3. Click on Done once finished.
